1. K.D.M.T (Kalyan): An application for Integrated operations and Fleet Management system using RFID Technology. This application comprises of modules like Ticket and cash management, Traffic operations, Stores Management, Fuelling Section ,Fleet team management from depots  using RFID . Aeon  would be setting up entire Infrastructure  with Facility Management Services which would take care of entire network plan, security  policies ,user control ,server backup & disaster management

2. Web Based SCM – Capital Foods LTD –Ongoing An SCM  web based application ,based on three tier architecture ,connected  to its local offices via Internet .This application encompasses full manufacturing ,Inventory, Billing and Ware house management module along with logistics.

Currently it is under development .

3. B.ES T (Mumbai): An web based solution for conversion of existing data to RDBMS  with MIS reports .This application converts  existing data (FoxPro) to RDBMS (MY SQL) format through Java . Environment : Linux, Mysql, Foxpro ,Novell Netware

4. Deloitte - RFID Based solution successfully deployed at Delloite (worli)For Laptop tracking in-house. Web based model wherein the tag and laptop id is captured on enter and exit of the premises and accordingly alerts are initiated .

5. Banking Sector – A multiple location Property management Tool Scenario: Abhyudaya Bank, with more than 60 branches spread across the state was facing the problem of scattered information, no availability if data at central office due to which it had not only operational bottlenecks but also financial excesses due to delay in meeting deadlines for Tax / rent payment.

AEON Solution: A centrally managed Database system, where in all the branches enter the relevant data. Along with the marked property the documents like Lease/ Purchase/ Sale agreements, Payment receipts and Government registrations and other legal documents are scanned, numbered and stored in the system. Based on the user rights this system then can provide across location information.

The uniqueness of this solution is to provide alerts on approaching deadlines so that the tasks of payment due clearance can be handled proactively.

6. Manufacturing  - Transport, Logistics and Manufacturing tool for Mining UnitScenario: Taurian Mines, with its operations in three states had only manually kept records for manufacturing, contractors, laborers, and more vitally the Transport to final destination port, which happens mainly through railway rakes. Through a very complicated process of indenting, procuring and finally filling up of rakes -, when the actual transport takes place the freight weight was not accurate. To further add the concerns, the freight cost is fixed and every overweight, demurrage, delay etc has to be paid heavily. 

AEON Solution: A web based database system to capture data and information at various Loading unloading points and manufacturing locations. Based on the user rights the system then allows access to information.

A unique feature of the tool is special RFID tool, which captures the weight of trucks (tare and net) and transport vehicles directly from the weighbridge and stores in the system. An extensive search tool, which allows to drill down to the single primary record,

7. Manufacturing – Diamond and Gold Jewellery unit Scenario:  P&S - A reputed Jewellery manufacturer has 3 manufacturing units 3 retail outlets and Operation unit from where Exports is handled.
The tracking of different raw materials like Diamonds, Gold, Color stones, Gems, and other various precious stones is quite cumbersome. Along with the ever-changing market prices of these there is always an immediate requirement to calculate the stock value and used up stock which enables to ascertain the pricing.

AEON Solution: A centrally stored database captures all the data at various locations
Keeping track of used raw material at all the points. Besides the system of ‘bacs’ was introduced which helped to trace the cost of production at each stage and the actual labour cost payable could be computed easily and bar coded.

The uniqueness of this application was keeping track of the Gold Conversion, Loss, Price fluctuations and accordingly makes suggestions for price idea.

Retail – Point Of Sales for a Retail super store Scenario: A very reputed outlet in Great Britain required a cutting edge Point of sales solution to track other than Purchase, Sales and Billing, Stock, complicated Customer Loyalty programs, schemes, Refunds, Gifts vouchers, discounts and compute VAT on Day to day basis. This system was taken over by AEON as earlier vendor did not have resources to complete the same.

AEON Solution: A multi-user Client server application based on user rights granting access to the users and enable data feeding and viewing of MIS reports

The application had unique features like currency conversions, Data validations, Reorder alerts and Payable/receivable alerts.

9. Services – Business Centers Scenario: A pioneer business center services in India – DBS needed a solution to manage the operations at 7 geographically separate locations and maintain 1,00,000 customer accounts. This project was initially awarded to Prism Cybersoft where in they could not complete the project and was left halfway which was taken over by AEON team and is now successfully running across locations.

AEON Solution: A web based database application which enables data capture at various locations and based on the user rights allow viewing of the same. Booking of a room (plan wise) and allocating services to the members /guests logged in .
There was a special utility developed to capture the Telephone logging system, which was used to generate the bill to the customer. The Call Logs are automatically transferred to a central location, where the computing can take place.

As an added feature a administrator utility was provided, which enables them to introduce promotions schemes, and maintain the results so as to enable the success of each scheme and allocate the customer as per their choices of plans.
